Hi Lucy,


You need to find the pace that you feel comfortable with running. I could do a 5k in 27 minutes (when I was younger, lol), a 10k in 56 minutes. We did not have apps to help us a few years ago. I did speed training, strength training, drills, to get myself faster. Running in a group was a big help too as I did run faster.

Www.runnersconnect.net, www.coolrunning.com. Look up pace for a 10k online. So much to choose from.
