Currently looking at workouts to come in week 3 and 4 and I'm freaking out already thinking I won't be able to do it!! Remember - you can repeat runs or even entire weeks as many times as you need to until you feel ready to move on. It's not a race against yourself. Just focus on the run you're currently doing. SteveJ Posted August 5, 2015 Report Share Posted August 5, 2015 Like everyone said, you can do this! I did the same thing (looked ahead and freaked out) but the system works. If you have to repeat days or weeks, that's completely ok. You'll know what your body is telling you that it can handle.
