Starting out!

Hi, today I just completed Day 2 of Week 1. I am 23 years old and unfortunately weigh more than I ever have before. I am 215 pounds and just two years ago was closer to 165-175! I am hoping this app and changes to my diet will help get me back down to my old weight. 40 pounds is a lot I know but I used to be very active, ran, played sports, worked out at a crossfit gym and I find it hard to stay motivated as I just can't workout quiet as well as I used to. I used to be able to run a 7 minute mile but that is long gone. This app is the start of taking back my life and my health. I am excited to stick with it and see the results. Thanks for reading!
