Guest Mom2beans
Good luck!!! Starting today too. Had twins 8 years ago and weighed less (sigh). Got to start somewhere. Today is the day.
Guest MZB
I just started this morning. How did it go??
jvincent78
If you feel like you can do it, then you can do it! I hadn't run in 18 years (since high school) and I just finished the 5K trainer, now working on the 10K trainer. Don't let yourself get intimidated by thoughts of "I have to run how far???" Just keep knocking down those walls one 60-second clip at a time.
Guest MissBee
I just started c25k this morning too after putting off starting all week.. I was a little nervous about it, I was worried that maybe I wouldn't be able to finish it! Â I just finished W1D1 and I felt great after, I really think I can do this
Guest krissy miss
Boom well done. Re starting after an 8 month break... scared.. xx MissBee
Guest Laurab
You can do it! I started 5 weeks ago now and have joined a beginners running group at one if the Sweatshop stores. It's great- people are really encouraging and works on the same principles as the C25k. It also helps push on your training. Good luck xx
Guest Renee
I also started this morning, so far I like this app. I hope I can be consistent because I prefer bike riding over walking. I hope to be able to join a race one day.

Guest MsTate0703
Day 1 for me. Trying to get back into running. Seems like a good app, cant wait to see my results
justcallmemac
A great thread with so many motivated people. Keep doing what the program says and believe you can do it and you will be fine. Â Every time you are about to give up, just tell yourself one more step and then one more step after that and before you know it, it's walk time :-)
