pinkspore
I just completed Week 4 Day 3 and I think I need to do this entire week over again. The three minute runs are barely manageable, but much longer than that and my chest starts burning. It just gets worse and worse, I totally lose control of my breathing, and my form turns into basically a controlled fall while I check the time constantly because every 15 seconds feels like more than a minute. On top of all that, my nose starts running like a faucet so I have to run with a handkerchief in my hand the whole time so I can stem the flow. I feel like my body is telling me "No. You cannot run for more than three minutes. Or else."
Guest TrishE
Thats totally fair. Listen to your body. I always tell people to push but if your body is yelling at you that its not ready listen. There's not reason why you cant repeat a week until your ready to move on. Just keep running
Hermes
I was in the same shape as you. 1 minute was torture. I eventually gave up. Then 3 months later I decided to give it a try again. I was tired of feeling crappy. Now I'm past week 5. Don't give up. Unless something is medically wrong with you, you can do this. Patience, determination and perseverance will get you there. Repeat a stage until you are comfortable with it. Don't worry about how long it takes. Best of luck to you.
KellyAnn
Keep at it, it will happen! You are doing great!
Naughtie
I just finished Week 4. I started this programme about 15 days back and I failed on the first day of week 4 but made up on the second day. Week 4 was badass and I really enjoyed it. I will be repeating this for the next 2 days just to be comfortable with it.
Clairey-Lou39
Slow down your running a bit. I was struggling with week 4, but slowed down and persisted and I'm on to week 7 now
