coliegrl30
I soooo did not want to do w1d2 today after work...I did it anyway and feel better for it ...I know it doesn't sound like much but I almost had myself talked out of it... Annamae-Zing
Rejoice in the small victories, they will keep you going. And remember, the pain of discipline is far less than the pain of regret. Casey K-some and coliegrl30
Rebecky
Yes, keep going. I had to do it everyday or I can easily stop. I just repeat the week for the other day. It helps me be consistent. If I stop it will become too easy. I'm on week 3 now and I actually look forward to my workout. Plus I went and bought work out clothing. It helped me feel official. Lol!
