  1. so I finished week 3 the beginning of last week and intending to move on life happened and I ended up taking off more days than I wanted...but I'm back at it again even though I decided to repeat week 3 because of the extended time off...Also I've modified the program in that I do it on the recumbent bike at the gym as running bothers my knees...is this ok?
  2. I soooo did not want to do w1d2 today after work...I did it anyway and feel better for it ...I know it doesn't sound like much but I almost had myself talked out of it...
  3. Completed w1d1 and during the jogging portion did more of a fast walk lol...determined to try this program out though and see what I can do
