mwinters21 Posted July 8, 2015 Report Share Posted July 8, 2015 Hello I have a question about sore muscles. I finished week 1 day 1 on Monday. Today is Wed and I'm supposed to do day 2 but my muscles are pretty sore yet. Sore enough that it alters the way I walk a little. Should I take a extra day of rest? Or just grit my way through day 2. Maybe do other workout? Lift weights instead???? Do a lot of stretching and soak in a tub with Epsom salt!!! Good luck. REllis Posted July 11, 2015 Report Share Posted July 11, 2015 I had the same problem. I soaked I an Epsom salt bath the next night and gave myself a two day break.
