Hi everyone, I recently started the program to get my big booty back in shape.

 

I'm 26 now and have tears in my eyes when looking at pics of me in former glory. I used to be a trained dancer, dancing almost 20 hours weekly, until my knee gave in. Meniscus issues, etc.

 

I used my bum knee as an excuse ever since. Once I started sitting stil, I started to find my former joy of dancing in eating for comfort.

 

I had enough! I deserve to look in a bikini again. To not be out of breath on a mere 5 flights of stairs.

 

So here I go, week 3 day 1.

Not giving up, and I love finding joy in pushing myself again.

There's no such pleasure of accomplishment as a tough sweaty work out

Exactly! Was struggling to get out of bed the other morning...the air conditioning was a little on the cold side, the blanket was warm, and I thought to myself, "4 miles?" But I knew how good it would feel when I was finished...and was glad I did.

 

Keep up the good work!!
