Janviv
Hi, I'm 66, I did W6 D2 today, lovin it. Provided the weather stays reasonable I am going to do my 1st 5k on Saturday with a Park run. Take your time, just get out there, if you have to walk, fine, you got a good walk. Well done you have taken the 1st step.

Guest TrishE
Welcome My two big tips are: 1. Invest in a good pair of running shoes if you can. They are worth it. 2. Be patient with yourself and your body. It will take some time but keep at it. Positive mind positive work out. Best of luck!
