Today was my first day running outside and I barely made it through my last run. I might have to repeat week 2 so that I can get used to the heat... whew! HOT!!! Running outside (especially in heat) is a completely different animal to running on the treadmill. I usually run before/as the sun comes up. On the weekends, I run a little later, and that sun drains me quickly. Keep all the different variables in mind. Time of day, heat/humidity, home much sleep you had the night before, how much you've hydrated, etc. It all plays into your body's reaction to the workout.
