akibler
I'm as new too this as you can get, typically I'm a cyclist over 2000 miles last year. My problem so far is extreme muscle pain in my calves when I speed up into a jog or a run. I try to do stretches before I do anything , I have seen my Dr and he says its lactic acid build up. And I need to build up my calves to correct this , anyone else have or had this problem ? All I know is wow it hurts like crazy.
Sugabear
My left calve is the same way. Pretty sure there's no way I could run two days in a row. I've been running every other but the day after, I just tell myself no pain no gain... Best of luck!
katerberry
Buy a muscle roller stick or either a foam roller. You can look up how to use them. That's why I would use cause my calves were killing me. I also use a calf machine at the gym to help stretch out the muscles.
ivyoneill
Oh boy! Mine only hurt while I'm running. I'm 80# heavier than I was before my two beautiful kids, thought it was because of the weight on the legs stressing them... Soon as I go home and stretch they do t hurt as bad and are normal by next day.
