  1. Oh boy! Mine only hurt while I'm running. I'm 80# heavier than I was before my two beautiful kids, thought it was because of the weight on the legs stressing them... Soon as I go home and stretch they do t hurt as bad and are normal by next day.
  2. The great thing is you can do the cycles over again until you feel you have made progress! I'm on week three and heard how week four is and hoping I can do it but if not will just do week three again
