Hello :)

I have been using the Nike + training club app and its been wonderful. I absolutely love it. I also do quite a bit of yoga, especially when it gets particularly cold outside. It helps keep the muscles limber so theres less chance Ill pull something when I run or workout.

Hi there.

 

I definitely do weight training. One day I do upper body and one day lower body, then on day the whole body strength training. I also love T25 workout, Combat30. I love to ride my bike, walk ., etc. I a, so like you and cannot just sit still at all. I like to move. Good luck.
