I am not comfortable taking the day off totally, so am wondering what strength/HIIT/etc, training or routines you guys do on the days you are not working through the program. I also do quite a bit of yoga, especially when it gets particularly cold outside. It helps keep the muscles limber so theres less chance Ill pull something when I run or workout. One day I do upper body and one day lower body, then on day the whole body strength training. I also love T25 workout, Combat30.
