A lot to lose

Thats a good plan :) Ive read a couple articles about letting yourself indulge on your diet but when you do just do it enough to keep the cravings at bay. Like keeping it under 100 calories when you first start and 50 when your settled. They make these great cookies devils food cake that are so good and 50 calories per cookie (fat free) theyre my saving grace haha
