Kat94 Posted February 28, 2015 Report Share Posted February 28, 2015 I am trying to lose 50+ lbs as well. I am not denying myself my favourite foods, but am limiting how much I have. Guest TrishE Posted February 28, 2015 Report Share Posted February 28, 2015 Thats a good plan Ive read a couple articles about letting yourself indulge on your diet but when you do just do it enough to keep the cravings at bay. Like keeping it under 100 calories when you first start and 50 when your settled.
