Welcome back! Thanks for retrying this amazing program I know you wont regret it! No worries on redoing week 1 day 1 any run is better than no run at all :) still a great first step.

Hey Tribblehappy,

 

You got this, so proud of you!  I love to run 4 and do strength training the other days and other workouts, don't burn yourself out.  If I want more, I usually just continue on for a bit after that days is done.  Train Great and don't hurt yourself.      Keep it up and Good luck!
