Mea Mia Posted February 8, 2015 Report Share Posted February 8, 2015 Do what you feel is right for you, if you think you need that extra week, then no shame in doing week 3 again. I thought week 4 day 1 was rough too, and seriously debated doing week 3 again too. I figured I'd give wk4d2 a try though and see if I'd feel better, and i did improve by by a little bit, so I continued on with the week. So do what feels right. Congrats on the weight loss!
