Overthehill
Hey there! I'm a 57 year old female that never ran a day in her life until 2 weeks ago when I started C25k program. My bucket list includes running a 5k with my daughter this spring. When I started the program we were having temps in the high 20's here in MN and I was ok running outside. It has been really cold here recently and I have succumbed to running on the treadmill. One of my concerns running both inside and outside is my speed. I am running but I am running slowly, although not sure what my pace really is. Initially I wasn't concerned about my pace, only worried about getting to the finish line. My question is this...should I be concerned about pace now or finish the program and then work on speed? Any advice or suggestions would really be appreciated. KellyAnn
Thanks so much Overthehill. I'm a young 53 for sure. I hate seeing people younger than me being so sedentary. Bothers me. Thanks for the love.
