tasha
So today I started Week 3 Day 1! And it was tough but I got through it! But my question is, does your body get use to 3 minutes but Week 3 Day 3? I want to be comfortable running Week 3 before I move on to Week 4...so I'm just asking, is it possible? Do you advise me to push on to Week 4?
KellyAnn
Hey Tasha, You sound like you are doing great. Try to do Day 3 one more time this week. Move in, and if you can't do it, just repeat the week again, but to me, it sounds like you are doing great. I'm up to running 25 minutes Now and I'm repeating week 8 again. I am my own motivator. I'm super proud of you. Move in when you feel like it. It's all up to you and we are your motivators. Hugs.

AgentP
Azatol is so right! This week I experienced doing the wrong week by mistake. At the start of the run I thought I was going to struggle cos it was a tough week but I pushed thru and what do you know...I had run 8 mins instead of 5 and I didn't even realise I could do that. You will surprise yourself if you just stay determined to finish it no matter how fast or slow!
KellyAnn
Way to go AgentP, Azatol has all of us not looking at the phone, I absolutely love that. I went back to an phone so i could get my music back. There is nothing like running to upbeat music . You are doing great. Keep it up.
