Azatol Posted January 28, 2015 Report Share Posted January 28, 2015 Yes you will probably be sore tomorrow. That's a good thing. It's called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). It's the feeling of your muscles rebuilding the damage you did to them today. Each time you run, you tear muscle tissue and it regrows stronger. Embrace that discomfort. It will decrease over time and it's the feeling of leveling up your game! One day you'll feel fine the next day and will be asking why you have no DOMS because you've become a soreness junkie hooked on that feeling LOL. It's ok. Doesn't always happen.
