  1. Well it was a push you can do it run today. Found today hard but still did another 30 min of cardo after. Wondering if Im pushing too hard too fast?
  2. Today I had to push my self to do day 2 then I did another 30 min cardio work out!!! Here's to tomorrow !!!!
