Guest TrishE
Lots and lots of water! no soda or sugary drinks. When I first started i made small steps but they made enough of a difference in the first few months to get me ready for major diet changes. replace snacks with fruits and veggies, i had a lot meals with the same things in it like eggs, brown rice, grilled chicken or lean turkey ground depending on what I was making. They make a lot of foods now with less calories, theyre still process but theyre great for just starting. Like bread with only 80 calories per two slices or bagel thins at 110 calories per bagel. Good luck! Just shop and eat smart youll do great! Keep us posted!
KellyAnn
Yep, Azatol and I are huge Paleo Fans. It's not a diet but a Lifestyle change. I have a website called Cavegirlcancook.com, and on Facebook. Just some recipes here and there for Paleo. There are great books out there too. Do not eat fake food. I give myself a few times a week for bread, etc.. But in smal, quantities. You can do it. Ask any questions. Good luck. Lydia
trufit
Hey new to the forum but thought I'd leave a comment. I think first it starts with plenty of water and cutting all soda out of your diet. Take the baby steps first. jazzydeth
KellyAnn
Hi TruFit, Welcome on here. TONS of water, lol. Half your weight in ounces. You weigh 160?, Drink 80 oz......Love it. I drink a diet soda only once in awhile... My treat, never the full sugar ones, but I do know Diet is probably just as bad. So, are you doing the 5k app? Good luck!
