I had recently lost sixty pounds when I conceived my second child. She is now two months old and my boyfriend and I are getting married in a few months so its definitely time to get into shape! I have lost fifteen pounds since my baby was born but I gained seventy while pregnant so I need a lot of work! Any advice would be much appreciated!! My advice would be keep running, drink lots and lots of water, eat right (a lot of people praise the Paleo diet) and cross train on your off days.
