New to running

Hello everyone! I am new to running and haven't actively worked out in some time now! I had recently lost sixty pounds when I conceived my second child. She is now two months old and my boyfriend and I are getting married in a few months so its definitely time to get into shape! I have lost fifteen pounds since my baby was born but I gained seventy while pregnant so I need a lot of work! Any advice would be much appreciated!! Thank you!

Welcome welcome! Congrats on the new baby and the upcoming wedding!

My advice would be keep running, drink lots and lots of water, eat right (a lot of people praise the Paleo diet) and cross train on your off days. Be patient and your body will take of the weight on its own :)
