I just finished week 1 day 3 and knowing how I felt tuesday after week 1 day 1 compaired to now I cant believe how much better and easier it is. Im breathing great I can actually still run after if I wanted to and my legs dont hurt. On tuesday I hurt and could hardly stand up never mind walk. Cant believe how much easier its getting

The first time you do anything physical you suffer from DOMS(Delayed Onset Musle Soreness) the worst. It doesn't necessarly go away over time but becomes more tolerable. It's the feeling of torn muscle tissue which rebuilds stronger the next day. Soreness is good <G>
