I just completed week 1! I am very excited because I haven't jogged/run in many years! Some questions I have that maybe some of you veterans can help me with
Do any of you do the training more than 3 times a week or do you recommend sticking with the 3 day? I do walk 3-4 mile with hills the other days
With the Pro, is there a place to put your weight in for calories burned and I just missed it or is just a general amount it gives you?
