  1. I was wk 4 day 2 today and was not able to complete it. Up until this point I have been able to complete each day. I did struggle a little on wk 4 day 1 on the first run of 3 min, didn't make it but then completed the 5 min,3 min and 5 min. Is this normal/typical? I will try day 2 again tomorrow

  8. Hello all, I just completed week 1! I am very excited because I haven't jogged/run in many years! Some questions I have that maybe some of you veterans can help me with Do any of you do the training more than 3 times a week or do you recommend sticking with the 3 day? I do walk 3-4 mile with hills the other days With the Pro, is there a place to put your weight in for calories burned and I just missed it or is just a general amount it gives you? Thank you!
  9. Congrats! I just completed week one. So far so good but by reading everyone's post I know it's going to get much harder! I understand the 90 degree heat! I am in Central Texas and I try and go as early as possible!
  10. Hello! i am very excited about this app and training! I have successfully completed day 2 of week 1! I am 54 yrs young and needing to loose a good 25-30 Lbs. I feel certain I will be looking for advise and support as I continue! Look forward to getting to know some of you here!
