    My Japanese housekeeper would put my face over a bowl of hot water with a towel over my head and give me warm sake. It was amazing how well I would sleep after that. Good luck with the cold and sore throat.

    Jumping back on the bandwagon

    Welcome back! I'm not saying baby yourself, but the restart needs to be realistic. You'll have us to help keep you motivated, but help yourself some to and keep it real on distance.

    Week 1 Day 2 on the books. Monday will be Day 3. I didn't way for a particular day to start. I downloaded, put on my shoes and went for it.
  7. I finished Week 1 Day 2 today. I took a day off in between and didn't have the lactic acid miserable burn with stiffness. I'm also on vacation in FL, so the weather is agreeable. I just need to do this every other day. I've already signed up for a 5K fun run for my capstone. I'm sure I should do something on the no run days, I just haven't figured out what yet. At least a pair of running shoes always fits in a suitcase.

    1st day!!

    I've just completed Week 1 Day 2. I didn't feel awful and achy the day after Day 1. I like it so far.
