  1. I'm about to start Week 4 and I have been jogging at 6mph on the treadmill since the beginning. On the last 3 minute interval I've been slowing down to a 5.4 about halfway through.
  2. How did you do Flee? W4D1 is next for me and I'm also nervous about the 5 minute jog.

  10. I am an RN that works night shift as well. The biggest difference between us is that I don't have kids. I have been working really hard to lose weight and eat healthy as well. I have limited eating out to once a week and drinking more water. You're going to have to cook before your shift and bring a lunch. If you work 2 in a row then you have to cook enough for 2 days. Or wake up early on day 2 to prepare food. I've also been working out AT LEAST 3 days a week. I workout on my off days (you can while the kids are at school) and if it's not a back to back shift I'll workout in the morning bef
  11. Try Songza. That app has great workout playlists. Even run specific ones.

  13. This is actually a good segue to my question. What speed is everyone jogging? I just finished week 3 and I've been jogging at a 6 on the treadmill and decreasing to 5.4 by the end of my second 3 minutes. I usually do my brisk walk on 3.4.
