  1. I have so far made it to Week 3, Day 1, and I have been doing the run segments at 5mph. I just did the math and realized that I will need to bump it up to 6mph in order to run a 5k in 30 minutes. Any thoughts or advice?
  2. That's what I'm starting in the morning. Week 3, Day 1. I'm very eager to see how it goes!
