I started on the c25k program maybe 1 year ago, but I keep starting and stopping. At one point I had got to week 5 day 1. I've taken such a long break that I think it's best to start from day 1 again. I'll be 65 tomorrow, not in terrible shape, but not in good shape either. I've got a ways to go. I think this forum will help to motivate me to not be such a quitter. I really want to be able to complete a 5k without walking half of it. Wish me luck.
