  1. I had a ton of success in 2015 with C2K5 and weight lifting, but have been slowly gain g the weight back and not exercising as much as I should be. I am now on my 3rd week straight of hitting the gym 3-4 times a week. I am using the 5x5 lifting program and C25K again. I would really like to hit a 5K on Thanksgiving Day. Send your good vibes my way!

  3. Having achieved the 5K distance, I’m really hoping my knees will manage the increased distance. At 47, it’s the furthest I’ve run for 30 years!!
