    Just finished c25k

    I just finished the eight week program. I am going to restart it again and this time incorporate hills. This is an awesome program! I was not able to get to a 10 minute mile but I believe that is ok. I finished a 5k in 44:44. Which is awesome for me! I have also lost 30ld in these last two months.

    Lose 70 Lb.

    I currently weigh 220, when I weighed less, 170, 180, I always wanted to be 150 but didn't really commit myself to it. Now that I've completely let myself go, I'm hoping to not only return to my original weight but to finally accomplish my desired weight. I know it's not gonna be easy, even writing it out in this post makes me feel cray, but I'm giving myself a year to accomplish it. Tips and advice would be much appreciated!
