  1. I would stay with week 3 and try to complete it. Do not worry about the distance, just stay steady, distract yourself with music and put one foot in front of the other.

    Lose 70 Lb.

    I currently weigh 220, when I weighed less, 170, 180, I always wanted to be 150 but didn't really commit myself to it. Now that I've completely let myself go, I'm hoping to not only return to my original weight but to finally accomplish my desired weight. I know it's not gonna be easy, even writing it out in this post makes me feel cray, but I'm giving myself a year to accomplish it. Tips and advice would be much appreciated!
