  2. C2k w1 d2 ...2.8 miles, doesn't look promising for a 5k in 5days, but 5k fee goes to a great cause, angels of mercy, preventing child trafficking. My goal is only to finish, ☀️& enjoy sunshine in western NY while it lasts

  3. I am a newbie at this. I heard that one of my friends did this to lose a lot of weight. I'm ready to try just about anything even though I can't stand to run. I can't stand exercise really. But that needs to change. I'm getting married in January and the last time I tried on my dress it was tight on me. I'm overweight. I've always been overweight. I want to be the most beautiful bride that I can be. So does anyone have any suggestions for me?
