  1. Just finished my 20 minute run which looked fairly impossible this time last week. I did the whole thing, nonstop and even had enough left for a kick at the end. I can't believe I am even writing this! Who could have possibly thought? If you are doubting yourself, don't. I never dreamed I could do what I am currently doing. You can do it, too!

  3. Neither! Both are really hard on your muscles and joints you want nice even strides landing on the flat of your foot. Think of your foot as a shock absorber the bigger the surface you land on the more shock from the impact gets absorbed. I hope this helps!

  4. exactly!! who woulda thought. I always said I was allergic to exercise.. break out in sweats and get light headed you know I too have dreaded only one run so far (5-3). tomorrow is 6-3 for me and I'm still loving it!
