  1. I've been dreading this day. I even thought about putting it off until next week. When I was running, I thought about quitting so. many. times. But I never quit. It's been so encouraging and motivating reading how others have pushed through their personal goals. I've never thought about posting, but this was a big milestone today...so I guess today is the day for my first post!

    Week 1/Day 1 MISTAKE

    It is very easy. press and hold week 1 day 1 and program will reset to the day 1 and all 3 days in the week 1 are the same. You can actually choose any day in the program this way but I suggest stay with the program - it is important to increase endurance first.

  4. Thanks all for the support! I just wanted to follow up and let everyone know that the 4th time was the charm. It wasn't pretty but I did it. I was slow as a snail but I made it through. I wanted to stop in that last 5 minute run but I kept telling myself "Do it. You don't want to repeat week 4 day 1 again " I see some repeats in my future but that's ok.
