Kia ora (hello) everyone all the way from NZ!! This will be my 3rd time attempting c25k as i have struggled with staying motivated and enjoying fitness again. I have been studying the last 3 years and have packed on 20kg over this time so my body is struggling to carry this excess. I have never joined a forum before so im hoping this will help me stay on track and meet some people in a similar situation, my goal is to do a triathlon one day
