  1. Kia ora (hello) everyone all the way from NZ!! This will be my 3rd time attempting c25k as i have struggled with staying motivated and enjoying fitness again. I have been studying the last 3 years and have packed on 20kg over this time so my body is struggling to carry this excess. I have never joined a forum before so im hoping this will help me stay on track and meet some people in a similar situation, my goal is to do a triathlon one day

    breathing techniques

    Hi, i uave just stsrted this app this week. My first day was really hard. I only managed 6 minutes. Then i started reading through the forums and realised i probably wasnt breathing right. I took on board whatt leanne said about putting your tongue at the top of your mouth and it worked. Today i managed to complete day 1 week 1. I am not used to running so i found it tough but proud of myself for doing it
