    W2d1

Well after a wk off for vacation and a redo of wk1d3 to make sure i didnt regress too much i was able to ger thur w2d1. I can def tell the difference. The extra 30 secs is noticeable wether it was from walking or running. I do have one question just about half way into the exercise i feel not pain but a slight discomfort in my side just below my ribs. It went away right before the last two sets so i dont think its a cause for alarm just wondering if this is normal.

    Does it get easier?

Don't give up! When I did C25k the first time I was winded at the end of every interval. I even had to repeat most of the weeks. I worked myself up to a half marathon though, so I'm sure you can do a marathon if you keep your heart & mind set on it.
