  1. trying to figure out how to get through this. I know I can run at least 8 min without stopping but I'm not even close to 20 minutes. Do I take the approach to just try running as long as I can or should I systematically run smaller increments? This going from 2 -8 min to 1- 20 minute is a big jump.

    I've just started using the programme started on week 10 day 1 as been running a while but not really loosing weight

    But if you were but if you were trying to lose weight should you consume the extra calories? Is it necessary to eat them?
