Ok so i started the C25K and week one and two were fairly easy (for me anyway) and i hit week three and it was a little tougher but im getting through it. So if you were wanting to go to week 4, i would do week 3 before that. Just to get into it. THATS JUST ME, but i don't know how athletic you are so i guess its different for everyone. Hope that helped. Im not good at giving advice haha :)
