Guest Kenzie Posted December 21, 2014 Report Share Posted December 21, 2014 Ok so i started the C25K and week one and two were fairly easy (for me anyway) and i hit week three and it was a little tougher but im getting through it. So if you were wanting to go to week 4, i would do week 3 before that. Just to get into it. THATS JUST ME, but i don't know how athletic you are so i guess its different for everyone. Or, if you are aready fit, then you want to jump forward? Up to you. Try and see how you do, and you can always move backwards too. Keep me posted ok???
