I play tournament softball growing up and over the past about 8 years have slowly gained from 140 to 200lbs I find myself getting out of breath easily and want to start this program to get in better shape and to move towards a healthier life style as I am depressed with how I look and feel. One of my questions is I am not comfortable yet with going out to run I have an elliptical machine would that be effective to start with?
