Guest Jo
I had a baby 5 months ago and am now going to start running. Am rather nervous as I wasn't all that active before the baby and I had a cecerian. However, I have to start somewhere. Worried I won't be able to do the running periods though due to very bad form. Is it possible to stretch the workout over a longer period of time?
Caz
Hi Jo, of course it is possible but have a go as it is first and see where you're at. You may surprise yourself.
KellyAnn
Hey Jo, Congrats on your new Baby, how fun. Don't be nervous, you can do it. If you have a hard time running, walk it and repeat the day until you can run it. 3 minutes is not long. You got this, Keep us posted on here. hugs! Guest Thiri
I started running 6 months after giving birth and I was definitely not a runner before that either. 3 mins is actually pretty doable at your own pace. Even 3 mins of shuffling/jogging counts too! My husband, and I, as well as our baby in a running stroller completed our first 5k as a family a month ago and I ran the whole time! It is definitely possible!!! I took twice as long to do the C25k, did 2 runs a week, but it was worth it! Also, an added bonus, I fit all my pre-baby clothes now

KellyAnn
Hi Jo, Woohooo. Congratulations to you. Proud of you. Pain in your calves?? Hmmmm, make sure you warm up properly. Mine get tight sometimes and I have to walk a but first. Too painful, stop. Hope this helps.
