So if it is wet out, with snow and rain, forget it. I have a stationary bike and a treadmill and that helps, videos too. It is really hard to motivate myself, but I do it. I was sidelined last week with my dog having surgery and I sat with her a lot, she is my love. Back at it yesterday and this next week. I am excited for the new year. Guest TrishE Posted March 24, 2015 Report Share Posted March 24, 2015 If you can run or work out indoors do it But if you really want to and if youre really careful you can go out and run in the snow. There are some great articles that give advice on how to make it as less painful as possible. Ive done it a few times this winter.
