Guest Natalie Posted December 2, 2014 Report Share Posted December 2, 2014 Hi all, am a new runner and just finished week 8. Can't quite make 5k with my little legs but doing the full 30 mins. Very happy as I've never been a runner and used to find it quite boring. Lol.. I am wanting to find a nutrition plan now. Any ideas where i look?? For a nutrition plan, there are so many. I am a Paleo a girl, but do throw in carbs here and there. Meat, fruit, veggies. Pretzels, chips, just kidding. Lol. Eating Clean is the best way to go. There are lots out there. Do your research and I can help get you in the right track if you need my help. You know your body. Let me know.
