I only just finished week 3 and with the speeds I'm going (3.2 and 4.2...hoping to be able to speed this up a bit eventually) I'm only getting to about 1.6 miles on the treadmill. In week 2 I was getting to 1.7 miles. Is this because of the amount of walking or am I just going that slow?? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You are going about 1.5 miles each time, it will increase as you go along. I walk or run further if I feel like it. You are doing great! Keep it up!
