Just finished W1/D1

My name is Jennifer, I am 44 and live outside Fort Lauderdale, FL. I did my first day on the treadmill. I've lost over 30 lbs already with diet and exercise and I still have like maybe 10 or so more I'd like to lose. Been thinking about doing this for a while now....was kind of nervous about doing it outside (does that sound crazy? ) so I used my treadmill. Is there certain speeds I should be using?
