running4mylife
Hey runners! Im a wife, mom to 4 children who needs to drop my body fat bad! I really want to complete the whole 9 weeks? Not sure how long it is. I love fitness and everything about it, i am not a great runner and feel i NEED to be. Im on week 2 day 2 and already feel a little more faster and dont have to stop so much! Running is freeing and clears my mind . My love is actually weight lifting but i want to be well rounded and be able to run if i ever need to! And im stuggling with a slow metabilism due to Hashimotos Thyroiditis so im trying my best to eat foods that works for me and my body that and not lose my mind while I do! running4mylife
KellyAnn
Hi there R4L, you sooo can do this. We are here cheering you on. Go for it. Research what you can do for for you Hashimotos and what can be done, which I am sure you have done. Biggest thing is, get off of that danged couch and Move it, Move it. I'm so proud of you. Please keep me posted on here. Hugs get out there.

Dart_girl
Hello R4L! I'm hypothyroid so I know how hard it can be to get going sometimes - I've found even just the few weeks I've been doing on C25K have been helpful for energy levels. (Along with my usual meds of course!)
